After your order has been paid, I carefully package and ship it via Russian post. You will receive an email or WhatsApp massage with tracking number once your package ships.

Usually delivery take about 10-30 days, but delays may be, unfortunetly. According to the rules of the post service, a parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 6 months. Until that time, I cannot accept delivery time claims.


I take painstaking time and effort to pack each piece. Damages are rare but can happen.
If your order that I packed and shipped directly to you has been broken in shipment, please call me immediately. Be sure to keep the original packaging materials and photograph to document the damage for insurance purposes.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
